Simple Shoes have resurfaced…. Well for me anyway, I honestly thought these guys were dead and buried a while ago but apparently not!

They have just recently been working with famed photographer Joe Curren on some sweet looking eco-shoes. The shoes are made with eco-friendly materials such as recycled car tyre outsoles, organic cotton linings and the fabric is made from recycled water bottles.

Obivously you can see that some of Joe’s photos are printed on the shoes, but the thing that make these special is that the images used capture the beauty of his hometown, Santa Barbara – an exquisite area just north of LA.

Unfortunately these are only available in the states at the moment, but I reckon if you email the nice people at Simple they will probably ship you over a pair via FedEx.
