The last couple of years have seen brands really embrace a photographers skills with most taking inspiration from the photog’s prints and laying up a collection of tee prints and/or running an exhibition for the photog. A couple of companies have taken it a step further and worked with the photogs to create a special brand co-op including a book and shoes. éS is one such brand.

Last week éS celebrated the release of the éS x Atiba Jefferson Collaboration shoe/book.
The book, titled 15 Yearés Of Photoés – note the quirky play on letters throwing back to 15 éS – which showcases a history of 15 years of photo’s working with éS.

Atiba Jefferson is one of the, if not the, leading skate photographer today. Def take time to explore his website.

The shoe itself is the Square Two, recolored to Atiba’s tune. Black with a gum sole, some STi foam in the footbed for cushioning, the all important vulc outersole and choice of materials between suede or leather… I’d def be running the leather…
