Third times a charm they say…

Well here is the third installment of a Quik collaboration. First there was the range of vibrant clothes from Takashi then there was the bags, also designed by Takashi via Porter. I think there was also some rank looking scarves in the mix too somewhere, but I wasn’t gunna post them…

So at the end? we have some boardies and a little tote bag that Quiksilver have designed for Jap retailer – Beauty and Youth, hence my witty post title!

The boardies are pretty good, they look like a throwback to their echo beach, ghetto dog days…
The tote bag… maybe for the ladies or maybe Law could pull it off..

The artwork on the boardies and the tote bag was designed by Peter Webb, who was our very first feature article here on Empire – check his article here. oh and he just dropped a new site too, here.

Either way, it is what it is. Love it or hate, I’m still excited to see Quik getting involved in projects like this..
