Let me be the first to say I realise the letters KKK appear in the title above. However, I promise we are not white supremacists at Empire Ave. So now that’s out of the way, to the story…..new snowboard brand, Koast Kollektive, are holding an exhibition on Sept 3rd to celebrate the launch of their first range. Let’s just hope there’s no-one there in big white pointy hoods.
The Exhibition will not only display boards themselves, but selection of pieces from the artists who contributed to the designs.
Artists included Paul White (MELB) / Justin Lee Williams (MELB) / French (UK) / Reyel (SYD) / Chris Healey (SYD) / Halska Masash (Poland) / Nico (Namibia) / Dan B (UK) / Sonia Hruszycky (SYD) / Emily Hasselhoff (SYD) /BOB (Montreal) / Jeremy Geddes (MELB) / Heesco (SYD).
DJ Normz and DJ Halfcut will be playing during the night. The exhibition will continue to run for an additional 7 days from 9am -5pm.
Check out the flyer above for full details.
Koast snowboards are hand made to order via their website or through selected snowboard stores. The customer has the choice to create their own board by choosing the board shape based on their riding style, size and available artwork.
