SLVDR | Fall ’11
I debated for a while with myself whether to try and write something witty that had nothing to do with everything, or actually try to write a more honest opinion of what SLDVR have come up with for the Fall Collection. What did I come up?
Volcom Girls Summer Campaign
Volcom just shot their girls campaign for the upcoming summer period. Shots above video below, it’s all about the video tho. The images are more of a quick tour of Ozzie’s joint rather then anything campaign related. Mkt garble in italics after you lick.
Public Label | The Hundreds
I’m normally a little reserved about throwing a post about The Hundreds, they do some of the most amazing collaborations I’ve seen but their regular run of product always leaves me a little… meh. But, apparently I’ve had my head up my ass for a while (some would say forever) and only have just stumbled across TH’s Public Label.
Butter Goods.
It’s always nice when you come across a new brand that seems to be doing well or you just admire what they’re doing. Butter Goods (not to be confused with butter face) is one of these brands. Founded in Perth back ’08 Butter Goods is owned and operated by skateboarders, which when you look thru the above lookbook is quite obvious.
Aloha Apparel
In an interesting move, we have another brand that has a big history in surfing making another go of it in the apparel sector. You remember Aloha? You’d have to. Davo, Hog and Dooma from the late 90′s, Mark Mathews and Richie Lovett in the early ’00′s all represented Aloha either for surfboards or apparel at some stage. Not that they disappeared entirely, but Aloha are back with a new apparel range for Hi Summer this year.
VZ | Summer ’11
Here’s a little peek into what VZ have coming out later this year for summer (which will no doubt drop into stores in the middle of winter – go figure) At the moment we’ve only got tee’s and walkies/trunks to show you, more to come later closer to release date.
The Quiet Life | Spring ’11
Spring ’11 from The Quiet Life is pretty damn fine. It’s just getting released down here now, so it’d be a smart move to go get some.
Arbor | Spring ’11
ARBOR. It kinda sounds weird when you say it. AHHHH. BOAR. Maybe they like hunting wild boar? WHo knows, but they have a slick little spring collection dropping. Come take a peek.
