Amore & Sorvete Summer ’12
West Australian swimwear label Amore & Sorvete are bringing a vibrant, edgy twist to the warmth of summer, with a brand new collection titled Kaleidoscope.
Inspired by a kaleidoscopic haze, the collection sees salmon and coral pinks meld with pop blues and mint green to forge an undertone of blissed-out fantasy. A step out of their comfort zone, Amore & Sorvete have also included symmetrical styles, with dimensions and quirky shapes guaranteed to make you swoon.
I really enjoy how they give a personality to each style – the style name, the description; it makes it more fun somehow…
Introducing Tabatha – sweet with a touch of daring, like a mouthful of pop-rock candy. A combination of the bright new Amore & Sorvete palette and a delicate print, Tabatha gathers and twists in all the right places. Dakota and Bailey are confident minxes – the one-piece and bikini styles are juxtapositions of classic cuts, strong angles and a ‘Look at me!” Birds of Paradise print. Frankie ‘tells it like it is’ – the crop-top style and regular brief are a striking combo of simplicity and diagonal detailing. She is a strong, structural piece perfect for all kinds of shenanigans.
Should be hitting stores around early September…
