When Tron came out in 1982 it was original and full of radness. I may have only been 1 at the time, but I thought it was epic when I watched in on VHS around 1988. Now in 2010 there’s about to be a new Tron movie released by Disney….and since Disney have been whoring out all kinds of collaborations lately, it must have seemed logical to make a shoe with Vans to celebrate the movie….
There are some pretty interesting parallels between Deus Ex Machina’s new range and the Village People. Most obvious are the deadly moustaches and motorbike infatuation. Less obvious is the music influences and macho photo stances. Enjoy.

Integrating denim as a usable material for snowboarding is no easy feat and 686/Levis have done a great job in bringing it into the collections – where denim couldn’t be used you can still various highlights elements that hark back to Levis – buttons, clasps, stitiching, etc..
