etnies PAS Collection

etnies PAS Collection

I have no idea how to write anything even remotely close to something worth reading about this, my brain is still asleep. So here’s somewhat of a regurgitated version. etnies have been around for 25 years, in honor of that quarter century, etnies created the PAS collection (Pierre-Andre Senizergues). Must be nice for an owner to have their own signature collection, imagine a Claw (Doug Warbrick) Collection from Rip Curl – that’d be pretty epic.

To really celebrate the 25yrs, the collection will be featuring Pierre-Andre Senizergues’ original pro model shoe, the Senix. The etnies PAS: NEXT 25 collection pays tribute to four major cities that Pierre-Andre has skated in and where etnies has strong roots: Paris, France; Hong Kong, China; Vancouver, Canada; and Los Angeles, California.

The new PAS collection explores unexpected materials, laser-etching and the production is offset to be completely carbon neutral. Four styles. Paris, which is a nice looking mid. Vancouver which a fruity looking high top, or is it s shin top? Hong Kong is your low cut kick and LA has the stylish TRON looking mid/high with a nice velcro strap. Kinda weird with all the patterns, it’ll get some amped, while others might be ‘ugh’. Each to their own.

Good luck getting your hands on any of the gear, four exclusive retailers have been handpicked in the key international spots that inspired the collection, including Colette (Paris), Double Park (Hong Kong), Livestock (Vancouver) and Blends (L.A.).
