Nike & Pushead

This project has evolved from it’s initial beginnings with Nike SB years ago. 2012 see’s an expansion of what Pushead pulls together for Nike – surfing and skating, clothing and footwear.

There’s a bunch of tee’s and even a trucker (spew) in the collection, but we’ll focus on the great stuff to save you time – the shoes, the boardies and two of the tee’s.

The Shoe – It’s a Dunk SB. The art/pattern on the shoe is touch darker then what you will find on the tee’s and more specifically, the boardie. There’s a custom Pushead inner sole which kinda looks like an alien face. Kinda neat touch on giving the laces the treatment too but wish they dropped the gum sole and just repped it all black.

The Tee’s – Basic logos with Pushead art running thru them. Simple, effective.

The Boardies – Nike’s Legacy Short, it’s their blue ribbon short. It’s quick drying, it’s stretchy and it’s got a neat colorful pattern on it. This is where you see the color hit hit, purples, pinks and blues. It’s actually a pretty neat pattern (splatter?) and I’ll be honest, kinda beats out the horizontal stripes I’ve been seeing too much of lately.

Pretty much all the collection is available now. You can grab all the apparel based stuff from Nike’s online store, but to get the Dunk’s (probably already sold out) you better hit a Nike SB dealer…
