Velvet Skull Machina

Quiksilver are back with their sophomore showing for the Velvet Skull Machina collection. Coming in hot last year when it dropped it’s great to see them push forward with the collection again this year. Even the ladies get some love this year round with their own styles being added..

As per the originals the shades are made from Acetate frame, contain CR39 lenses and have a 4 base wrap coverage. Multiple colors including a super in your face cherry red. The gents continue on with the Bull Club, Trenton and Jail Tatt but have unfortunately left behind our favourite – the Griffin.

The ladies cop two style, Bang Bang (not disimilar to the Bull Club) and the Dash, which has a John Lennon-esque frame happening. The girls have dropped the red and chosen to keep it simple with blacks and tort colored frames…
