Vans & Skateboarder :: Pt II

First there was the shoes, now there’s the apparel collection – taking this project between Vans and Skateboarder to a deeper level. Which is nice, I like co-ops like this that try to push out a more polished collection past tee’s or just create something with no real story behind it.

The apparel side of things is a good mix, contrary to other reports we’ve read. There’s a backpack, some sweet knee high’ish socks! wayfarer’ish type shades, a brilliant yellow short sleeve button’y and all are running with assorted retro inspired graphics. Think horizontal stripes, lemons, oranges and browns. One graphic in particular is glorious!
