The Garage Collection :: Billabong

Previous posts suggest the Garage Collection is all about little or no logo and modern original fabrications. That’s the jargon way to put it anyway……I kind of think that ‘modern original’ is a bit of an oxymoron myself, but then I don’t actually know what oxymoron means, I just like to use big words.

This collection, regardless of it’s inspiration, is real nice looking. It’s clean but has a nice mix of patterned materials. It’s colorful but doesn’t burn your retina. There’s even elbow patches but no sight of Kotter. Tyler Warren seems to be championing the collection and is a good alignment – have you seen him surf that soap bar thingy? Mental.

Highlights for us? Shore tee. Young Gun hoody and the Moonlight walkie (no rolling of cuff tho)
