Burton & Fragment :: Duct Tape

Duct tape has many uses, Bear Grylls probably knows a few. A material for bags is something I didn’t think of…  But then I don’t work at Burton or Fragment, both of whom  thought would look ‘cool’ on a bag.

We’re not certain that the material is in fact Duct Tape, the material is spacesuit-like silver material is constructed from three layers of synthetic textile, PET metal film, polyester X-Ply, and polyester taffeta – sounds technical. And it quite a good material for it’s intended use in this collection – snowboarding – there’s durability and weatherproof’ness…

Bags included in the collection are  Riders Pack, JPN Handy Tote, Wheelie Flight Deck, Road Tripper Kit, and Accessory Case, and these will be sold at select Burton dealers around the world. Always nice to see Fragment getting involved – one of the more creative brands out there doing interesting things.
