Leica Store Opening Tokyo

Leica is awesome, I thoroughly love them as a brand and how they portray themselves and manage to convince everyone to pay absurds amount of cash for their products – I don’t actually own one or have ever used one, and anyway, since I downloaded Instagram everything else is beneath me…

These shots are from their recent store opening in Tokyo. Named the ‘Professional Store’, the store is a lounge styled sudio that will allow a close knit community of professional instagram users photographers and enthusiasts to visit. If you happen to get a Wonka ticket in there, you will get cameras to demo (the S2!!) with lenses, accessories and all sorts of instagram filters (ok, i’ll stop on the insti jokes)… maybe.

I’m really enjoying the layout of it all, all the way down to the print samples on the walls/hallways… Done well, done Leica – i just invented their new tag line.
